CMRF 2025 Impact Report
Transforming Lives Through Medical Missions in Ghana
In 2025, the Christian Missions Resource Foundation (CMRF) advanced its mission of delivering compassionate healthcare alongside the message of the Gospel to underserved communities across Ghana.
Our 2025 Reach
CMRF conducted medical evangelistic outreaches in 15 communities across the Greater Accra, Northern, and Central Regions. These initiatives served both urban and rural populations, many of whom have limited access to quality healthcare services.
Medical Services Delivered
Through these missions, thousands of individuals received essential medical care:
10,552 people received general consultations and free medication
1,734 people benefited from eye care services, including screening and reading glasses
775 people received dental care, including extractions and oral treatments
These interventions addressed urgent health needs and improved the quality of life across the communities served.
Holistic Care and Spiritual Impact
CMRF remains committed to a holistic approach that addresses both physical and spiritual needs:
Over 5,789 individuals received counselling, prayer, and pastoral support
At least 960 individuals made decisions for Christ
17 individuals experienced Holy Spirit baptism
While medical care met immediate needs, the spiritual ministry brought lasting transformation to many lives.
Partnerships and Collaboration
These achievements were made possible through the support of dedicated partners, churches, organisations, and volunteers who contributed to planning, logistics, medical outreach, and evangelism.
Our Commitment
CMRF continues to pursue its mandate of holistic transformation through healthcare and the proclamation of the Gospel, bringing hope and healing to communities in need.
Acknowledgement
We express our sincere gratitude to our donors, partners, and supporters whose generosity and commitment made this impact possible.

A Vision for Holistic Impact
CMRF is a non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling the holistic needs of individuals and communities. It was founded by Group Captain Dr. Sam A. Annankra, who is passionate about integrating medical care with spiritual, emotional, and social support.
The foundation runs various programs, including free medical outreaches, health worker training, and community interventions. These initiatives aim to provide accessible and quality care to underserved populations.
The establishment of the Haatso Clinic represents significant progress in our mission. This clinic will prioritize delivering high-quality healthcare services. Additionally, it will function as a training centre for Christian health professionals and a hub for community development.
