Transforming Lives Through Medical Missions in Ghana
In 2025, the Christian Missions Resource Foundation (CMRF) advanced its mission of delivering compassionate healthcare alongside the message of the Gospel to underserved communities across Ghana.
Our 2025 Reach
CMRF conducted medical evangelistic outreaches in 15 communities across the Greater Accra, Northern, and Central Regions. These initiatives served both urban and rural populations, many of whom have limited access to quality healthcare services.
Medical Services Delivered
Through these missions, thousands of individuals received essential medical care:
10,552 people received general consultations and free medication
1,734 people benefited from eye care services, including screening and reading glasses
775 people received dental care, including extractions and oral treatments
These interventions addressed urgent health needs and improved the quality of life across the communities served.
Holistic Care and Spiritual Impact
CMRF remains committed to a holistic approach that addresses both physical and spiritual needs:
Over 5,789 individuals received counselling, prayer, and pastoral support
At least 960 individuals made decisions for Christ
17 individuals experienced Holy Spirit baptism
While medical care met immediate needs, the spiritual ministry brought lasting transformation to many lives.

OUR 1ST MEDICAL EVANGELISM TO WULENSI WITH F.H.I.
hristian Missions Resource Foundation (CMRF) is thrilled to partner with Focus Higher International (FHI) for a special medical outreach to the Nanumba people of Wulensi. This initiative is a significant part of FHI’s Go-North Missions 2024 program and coincides with FHI's 20th-anniversary celebration. For two decades, FHI has been dedicated to advancing the Gospel and delivering holistic care to unreached communities.
This partnership will bring together professionals skilled in conducting medical outreaches, ensuring the delivery of essential drugs and logistical support critical to the success of this mission.

Christian Missions Resource Foundation (CMRF) and Focus Higher International (FHI) are excited to announce a medical outreach for the Nanumba people of Wulensi. This initiative is part of FHI’s Go-North Missions 2024 program. It also marks FHI's 20th anniversary. Over the past two decades, FHI has focused on advancing the Gospel and providing holistic care to those who are unreached.
The partnership will ensure the provision and usage of professionals skilled in handling medical outreaches. Furthermore, it will help secure essential drugs and logistical support for the outreach. This support will make our work effective and beneficial to the communities we will be visiting. Together, we aim to address pressing healthcare needs. We will offer free medical services and medications to the community. This mission also presents a unique opportunity. We will share the love and hope found in Christ with the Nanumba people.
